the main rule is that to place an advertisement here there must be a place like this for us to post one as well.
-this board is guest friendly. But we can ip ban if a guest spams.
-members may post if their is a place for us aswell; this is bound to get more site links so people may tend to look here.

i want to know why we are letting none loyal members post on our board? i mean friendly to geusts is one thing. but why should they have the right to advertise here. we are not a spam box!

no, because the only reason were allowing guests to post here is because the site they advertise must have a section that will allow us(as a guest) to post an advertisement for this site as well.
