Staff Avi game...

yea, im bored... so post and pic for an Avi...
i'll make a topic to vote for the pics later and the winning pic will be displayed as the staff's whom is nomanated for it's Avi for a time frame...
(im not going to force other admin to agree to this, but they can add their names if they think they can handle it.(yea, im challangeing you all now.))
