I have taken command believe it or not. But I am here to make the site better. It seems that the admins forget that the main characters of the RP are mainly supposed to be the RPERS! So from here on I promise to only administrate and not to make a pwnsome character to intervene and have god modding stats K?

Okay so first off I am assigning mods and admins for the rest of the developement. PM me a rp sampel with at least 200 words of your future character in a fight. Depending on how good it is I might just let you becoem admin from it or I might even make you angry and say you have to be a mod but usually I am a tightass so... You might get nothing. This also determnines if you get one of the new boost ranks

Anbu are closed except for the particularly exceptional rpers that stand otu as genius's.

Secondly Admins are NOT allowed to rp if they have KAGE characters, Jounin characters or Anbu. Admins are usually meant for mentoring and what not so they can only be Special Jounin. (People think that special jounin are better than jounin but they are stupid and wrong. As it says in the manga special jounin are shyt. They are only good for mentoring. They are between the rank of Chunin and Jounin meaning they are a bit better than Chunin in temrs of conception and viceversa with Jounin.)

Um what happened to brandon?

He has been relieved of duty. Seriously none of the other members hardly played as like main characters him and his other admin friends got to obtain all the power and most of the story but thats changed. From now on the users will be in control of their fate and they all can be main characters.

There is new creation sh*t thats still under way and we will have vilages after I assign kage's (PM me an rp sample if you want to be a kage) The kage will be incharge of making their own village. The concept I mean. Any other questions?
