I would like to make a new clan. I realize doujustu is unfavored here for new clans, but just read it and see what you think. I will provide the bio (really long) just for information.:

Luna Clan

The Luna clan is mysterious clan bearing the eyes of the moon, also known as the Tsuki eyes. These eyes grant a member of the luna clan to maniplate the genjutsu natured techniques to incredible extents. The clan's connection to the moon is thought of as a symbol of their calm, mysterious, yet sometimes frightening nature. The Luna clan was first established by the first one known to bear the tsuki eyes- Ashley Luna, bearing one side of the highest eye level- the crimson moon. Under her rule the clan would develop various techniques and quite a name for itself. Yet soon after, a man named Shadow Luna bearing the newly discovered second side- the blood moon, appeared to create an uproar within the clan. Shadow and Ashley did not see eye to eye so they lastly broke the clan into two branches. the followers of shadow were known as the "dark luna", evil natured, sinister and cold. The followers of ashley were the "light luna", proud, just and ambitious. There's a saying- an organism in war with itself, is doomed. And so, slowly, the clan's former glory began to fade, constant conflicts beween the two branches lead to many events that would shatter the clan. Once Ashley died, the clan was put into unexperienced hands and Shadow mysteriuosly dissapeared. It is thought that before her death ashley was working on a way to connect the two branches spiritually consulting the moon spirits. It was said that to connect these two branches they needed a person neither of the dark luna and neither of light, one that would be born out of coincidential mutation from other bloodlines. This individual was later on named the "moon child". In anycase Ashley deemed the chances of this happening close to impossible, so the research was put to an end. And yet, after many many years, a young boy named Yuan was born in a family. His mother a Magus his father an Uchiha. Somehow, it would seem the mutation had suceeded out of chance and so, after many years of slumber, the three moon spirits began to pay close attention to the child, guiding him through dreams and whispers in the midnight air. By the time he reached the age of ten and was known as Yunyun amongst his friends, they lead him to the mysterious old clan grounds, long forgotten in the sands of time. The little boy saw this as a game and the three moon spirits as his secret friends although his parents deemed them imarginary. They guided him to activate his eyes on his own gaining the name "Sakura moon", which was yuans favourite tree he used to climb as a child to gaze upon the moon. Self activation of tsuki eyes was an anomaly and had never been done before in the clan history. having activated his eyes he slowly learnt the secrets of the clan by reading the "moon stones" that can only be read by a person bearing the tsuki eyes. An ambition grew within this young boys mind- to revive the clan and emerge as a powerfull warrior of the land. Luck seemed to have smiled upon him as he met two more remaining Luna clan members. Was it truly luck? It seems the moon spirits had brought them together, as the two Lunas known as Kobe and Hakushin were both from a different branch. Hakushin was the last known remaining dark luna, whilst kobe was the only remaining known light luna. The existance of these two lunas was essential to merge the two branches spiritually and create a new course of power within the clan. With the guidance of the three spirits the ritual took place and thusly merged the two branches into one fully fledged one. This new course was named "pure luna" as the two sides had merged into one creating the perfect luna, as should they have been from the start. The clan slowly began to rise, with the young Yuan as a spiritual leader and Hakushin as his mentor and friend, he swore to see to the clans new golden age. It had been foretold in the research of Ashley, that should the two branches merge, a new highest level of the tsuki eyes will emerge, which they named "Spirit moon" in honor for the guarding spirits of the Luna clan. Whom will be the first to reach this legendary eye level was still unkown at the time. Yuan grew to become a fine servant of the moon. With the guidance of the moon spirits, Yuan brought together tsuki eye bearing individuals from the entire world. The clan flourished and every member was a brother and sister. Yuan especially grew fond of a girl named Nami and although no blood binded them, they saw each other as true brother and sister. The years went on happily and yet one day the life of Yuan and the entire clan took a drastic turn. Yuan was regonized as the incarnation of the former outlaw leader known as Mateus. This man had been an enemy of the holy empire of feather and was the one at fault of the Emperor's death, although it cost him his life. Such a possible threat could not go unrecognized as the empire is barely holding itself up on its feet an so a large bounty of one million ryo was placed upon the young Yuan's head. Upon a sunny day while fishing, Yuan got into a fight with bounty hunters and sadly lost his sister when he attempted to protect him from harm. Hate ignited into his soul and knowing he could not have anyone he cared for around him anymore, he fled to the land of the outlaws while slaying every officer or bounty hunter that got in his way. There, alone knowing his secret of his past life, he was accepted as a fellow A rank outlaw. Yet this turn of events left the Luna clan without a leader. Having parts of Mateus's memory, Yuan became aware of that his prized clan follower Isador also known as Issy amongst friends, was the incarnation of a man named Ace, the ace of outlaws. Ace was a old friend of Mateus and so it would seem that fate had brought them together once more. Yuan secretly invited Isador to the land of outlaws, where he restored Ace's memories within him. After a consultation with Yugure, the third moon spirit, Isador was appointed as the leader of the clan. And thus did the moon child Yuan break all official ties with the clan and dissapeared into the world to acomplish goals unkown. Although missing, it is said that some clan members have knowledge of his whereabouts and that he plays an important figure in ruling the clan from the shadows and through visions. After a few months of Nami's death, it became clear that Nami was awarded the position as a Spirit link- the essential secret to the highest known evolution form of the tsuki eyes, the spirit moon. A spirit link manifests itself only when a pure soul of a female clan member dies out of a heroic act that would serve mother Moon's and the clan's interests. Although it is commonly thought that the spirit link will bestow the spirit eye gift upon the current clan leader, nami's spirit chose Yuan and thusly was the clans deepest power granted to this young man. How Nami's choice, Yuan's ambitions and Isador's leadership will affect the clan in the future is still a mystery.


General about the genjutsu system:

If you imagine the Luna clan’s genjutsu system as a sakura tree, it would be growing two ways, dividing the tree into two larger areas and a third part of the tree sprouts in the middle between the two. The two outer areas would be named “Lunar surface” and “Tsuki eyes” genjutsu. Four branches would grow from both of these parts, making a total of eight so far. The branches are named: “Conditional”, “beneficial”, “offensive” and “puzzle” genjutsu. Each branch has its twin brother on the other part of the tree and they have the same names as well, meaning both the “lunar surface” and “tsuki eyes” genjutsu can have all *types* of genjutsu within them. The middle part growing from the middle of the tree is named “Luna moon spirits”. The soil upon the tree grows is named “Lunar abilities”. I’m going to describe all of this so that there would be a greater insight on how the new Luna clan genjutsu system would work. Please note that Luna clan members may only make up to two Luna clan genjutsus at the same time as a jounin+ only (the lunar surfaces themselves do not count here). And of course all frames of logic must be upheld whilst combining two genjutsus. Other than jounin, a Luna clan member may only make up to one genjutsu of the Luna clan at a time. Regular genjutsu can be used at any time.

Lunar surface genjutsu: genjutsu that can only be executed within one of the users own lunar surfaces, activated anytime within battle. These genjutsus are more powerfull and const more stamina to do, rather than the regular tsuki eyes genjutsu. These genjutsus require the Tsuki eyes to be activated at all times.

Tsuki eyes genjutsu: regular clan genjutsu. Not as costly and powerfull as “lunar surface” genjutsu, although they still deadly if used with creativity. Eyes do not necessarily have to be activated, but this mostly requires both eye contact and seals to execute.

Luna moon spirits: three mini summons each Luna clan member may call upon depending on their rank. They can be called upon by shouting their name. One of the summons is one that genins are capable of summoning, the other by can be summoned chuunin and the last by jounins. They can all be summoned once a battle, one at a time and they are called upon the same post, arrive on the same post, boost you in the same post and then leave in the same post (kinda like Rinoa’s first limit break in FFVIII). They cannot be touched or stopped, so theres no need to worry about them beeing killed. The three spirits are Yuki (genin), Yoake (chuunin) and Yugure (jounin). Each of them will be described later (these were made by Ashley a long time ago. Ill just systemize them so it’ll be fair and more clear for all members).

Lunar abilities: since the Luna clan is the higest chain of genjutsu they have certain “bonuses” when it comes to it. These abilities are more like passive traits of the clan that benefit them in some situations.

Conditional type genjutsu: genjutsus that create a certain condition for the opponent and sometimes you as well that they must pass. These conditions usually involve scaring; startling your opponent or giving the user a certain upper hand in some aspects and for an amount of time specified. These genjutsus cannot be released by ordinary attempts however special abilities may reduce the effect as well as release them. For example uchiha clan members, bearing a high level of sharingan may see these genjutsus through much faser than anyone else. This is but one example, however, it also depends on the difference of rank, level between the genjutsu user and opponent.

Offensive type genjutsu: genjutsus that usually involve direct attack on the opponent’s senses, mind to weaken, paralyze, wear out are called offensive genjutsu. These genjutsus cannot be released by ordinary attempts however special abilities may reduce the effect as well as release them. For example uchiha clan members, bearing a high level of sharingan may see these genjutsus through much faser than anyone else. This is but one example, however, it also depends on the difference of rank, level between the genjutsu user and opponent.

Beneficial type genjutsu: genjutsus that involve fooling your own senses or direct healing, special evasions are known as beneficial genjutsu. These genjutsus cannot be released in the logic sense of that it does not effect or interact with the opponent.

Puzzle type genjutsu: the most deadly form of genjutsus. A good puzzle genjutsu casted on a less intelligent opponent can mean a quick end to the battle. In these genjutsus it is important to think outside the box and take symbolism into account if the opponent should ever wish to escape with his sanity intact. Genjutsus that can deal heavy mental damage, however, also gives a chance of releasing it with no harm done to the opponent are known as puzzle genjutsus. These type of clan genjutsus cannot be released by absolutely anyone inany way, as the puzzled type genjutsus are only beginning to manifest from the jounin+ level of a user, meaning his/her tsuki eyes will have reached the highest stage of it’s evolution. These genjutsus are only played through and survived.

If you look in the topic you'dd see that most clans currently have 3 or less people.

yeah, but the reason for that is those clans get boring. Think about it, hyuuga and uchiha are the top 2 MOST asked for clans, and you guys closed them for good reason. My point is, the others just arent that appealing, not to me anyway. This is different.

Idk guys, do what you think is best, but this clan focuses on a different part oft he body and genjutsu is fun, thats just my opinion
